- A 1. No. If you turn off bluetooth/wifi, it's essentially useless. You lose all of the tracking, wouldn't get any sleep data, wouldn't have records for sleep, steps, heart rate, workouts, etc. You wouldn't be able to use the weather function. You'd be better off getting a very simple pedometer that doesn't connect to a phone at all. 2. I can *almost* guarantee you that this thing is not going to emit enough radiation to be of concern, if it emits any at all. Obviously I haven't tested that but even something as large as a cell phone or microwave won't do any damage and this is just a small fraction of that.
- A It tracks light sleep and deep sleep. I use the Notify App and it has a more robust sleep tracking software than the Mi Band app.

- A I haven't used it for this. I believe you can sync it with other apps which may give alerts as you describe. But here is what I found about the heart rate monitor in the Mi Band 4:When you select the Detection method as Automatic heart rate detection then you can set detection frequency to allow it when turning on automatic HR detection. You can set frequency value as 1,5,10 & 30 minutes. The other Activity detection option is helpful if you are doing exercises. It will increase the detection frequency automatically to get accurate data. It is the heavy power function that will take lots of juice from the battery life.

- Q Can we use this product in different languages. Do we have language options to change the language?A Yes, when I purchased my Mi Band 4, everything was in Chinese. Once I downloaded the Mi Fit app, I was able to select the language and once I paired the device the language updated as well.
